Job Description:

As an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for creation and execution of digital campaigns for the Company. Other responsibilities include:

• End to End Stakeholder for the Company's Proprietary Website
• Will work on initiatives to enhance Capabilities and provide Customers a WOW Experience
• Core member for the Digital Transformation Programme in the India Market
• Lead for Projects like Quick Pay and IDEA in the India Market
• Will build basic blocks for upcoming projects on E Commerce and M Commerce
• Create and Execute successful Digital campaigns that would propel spends for the customers and enhance billings for the organization
• Align with International Project Teams to roll out successful Digital strategies for India
• Create a base for strong Digital Analytics to understand customer behavior and patterns
• Demonstrating the highest levels of controls and compliance adherence

Desired Candidate Profile:

MBA / PG Diploma ( Marketing ) with 3-5 years of experience OR Graduate from any stream with 6-8 years of relevant work experience

· Strong end customer focus.

· Excellent Power Point Presentation Skills and MS Excel Capabilities

· Superior communication skills and has to Demonstrate personal excellence

· Good Sense of Humor and ability to handle multiple situations.

· The aspirant should have a flair for Digital Innovations and be able to demonstrate the same

· Has to be a smart Learner and a Fast Implementer.

· Superior time management skills and adherence to project deadlines

· This role requires a lot of Innovation and out of box thinking abilities. Both of the same should lead to successful execution as the end result
