Contract Performance Manager - Gurgaon

Objective / Purpose of Job ( Ref : OJ -2)

• Report to the Primary Senior Ops Manager on the following:

• Management of all aspects of Contractual Service Agreements (CSA's) including Commercial, Financial, Customer Service & Technical Support, etc.

• Own the customer relationship & meet internal objectives.

• Cultivate and strengthen the relationship with customer personnel, including management, operations & maintenance.

• Execute contract obligations to achieve Financial Operating Plan.

• Drive fulfillment throughout the contract and focus on delivering.

• Plan and execute outage work programs.

• Order / track / validate Billing for major/minor maintenance parts and services requested by the customer, and ensure on-time collection of payments.

• Collect / track / reconcile financial data.

• Interface with commercial teams, provide information and drive Sales regarding the latest advancements in conversion, modification, & upgrade opportunities to owner & as well as other up selling opportunities.

• Maintain unit operating history & parts life history on commercially available software.

• Maintain record of parts (by model & serial number) currently installed in each unit.

• Support customer in forced, unplanned and planned unit outages.

• Work closely with the Regional Leadership in coordinating all departments to provide highest level of service to the customer..



Qualification



• Engineering Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

• Minimum of 8 years of power generation experience and/or other industry experience

• Minimum of 2 years of Turbine technology experience

• Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills.

• Proficiency in written/spoken English is essential.

Desired Characteristics

• 9FA Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and BOP knowledge

• Familiarity with long-term parts and services contracts (CSAs)

• Service / Sales experience with direct customer interface

• G/T Field Engineering Program (FEP) or other G/T Technical experience

• Successful P&L experience

• Proficiency with computer tools

• Strong business / financial skills• Strong interpersonal skills
