Job Description

Role Profile

• Planning and executing Go-To-Market strategies for India Market.
• Ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction in existing accounts
• Prepare penetration plans in existing accounts

• Responsible for achieving aggregate, cross-regional revenue, attach, market penetration, profit and TCE goals for segment/entity.
• Defines strategic direction and plans for service business.
• Monitors business performance and implements corrections as well as cost reductions and incremental growth actions.
• Manages revenue growth programs through appropriate routes to market.
• Fosters a mutually beneficial relationship with Product Business Groups, Alliance partners, service functional and support teams, Regional Business Development Management, Sales, Solution Partners Organization, and delivery functions.
• Provides thought leadership and program management for initiatives that significantly change the business portfolio, selling motions, competitive advantages, and/or business models.
• Plans, directs and monitors high-end operational activities of contributors accountable for solving complex business or technical issues involving multiple organizations, departments or locations.
• Participates in initiatives to improve contributor utilization and development (e.g., rotational programs, re-skilling programs).

Desired Skills & Experience

Typically 15+ years in services industry and 3+ years in developing new business opportunities with clients, preferably with the CxO level

Established management background of high level individual contributors & people managers (leading teams)

Advanced university degree preferable
