1.Manage a team of 35+ seasoned Account Managers/Business Managers .
2. Have direct contact with customer and interface mid level management (Head of Marketing, COO etc) of customer and “sell” the concept to the customer.
3.Have complete understanding of product offering as well as understanding of Telecom Operator's business and based on that work with customer to maximise revenue from product services.
4.Ability to work independently for customer discussions.
5.Ability to develop business cases.
6.Ability to work with cross functional teams like IT, Engineering, Networks etc. internally and externally.
7. Willingness to Travel
