Job Description
Developing and implementing overall growth strategies for the business, specific to the brand positioning and the growth potential
• Maintaining and developing successful working relationships with Brand Principles to ensure a mutually beneficial business model
• OTB management to monitor Cash inflow & outflow as per the working capital requirements.
• Managing Space / Assortment / Sub-Category Mix etc. & aligning it with the Store & Department Grading to enhance productivity & improve performance.
• Driving efficiency and productivity through adherence of Buying & Merchandising Management Systems and implementation of process improvements.
• Buying merchandise & pricing to ensure seasonal sell thru to maintain newness in stores season after season.
• Understanding individual market requirements and developing marketing strategies within brand guidelines to ensure brand awareness and sales through various tactical marketing campaigns
• Ensuring consistency of brand image across all regions of operations.
• Formulate, implement and manage business strategy by - ensuring Sales floor standards are maintained in line with brand specifications - Maintaining satisfactory level of Customer service thru regular staff training and ensuring staff availability in absolute numbers as well as nationality mix - Maintaining VM standards, Store Design and Construction.
Desired Skills & Experience
Candidate with atleast 15 years of experience in Retail , Fashion , Lifestyle or Quick Service Hospitality . Excellent communication and personality is a must . Someone is has handled p&l responsibility.
