Product Management, Marketing and Operations
1. Development of new Routing product requirements including associated business cases and financial projections
2. Work closely with development engineering, manufacturing and other teams during product development cycle
3. Product Management operations including new product introduction, forecasting, pricing & deal support
4. Establish messaging and positioning for product launch/delivery to large Tier-1 Service Provider customers across the world.
5. Deliver product presentations to customers, sales force, partners and other stakeholders
6. Manage customer expectations and interface with customers to address product related issues
7. Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including product transitions and End-Of-Life

Business Development
1. Front line advocate to drive increased revenue and market share of BU products
2. Close engagement with theatre sales teams to improve market visibility and increase sales
3. Align BU marketing strategy with sales and channel priorities
4. Identify and orchestrate high touch strategy to top customers/partners

Profile Requirement

Experience
6-12 Years of overall experience
3+ years of relevant Product Management / BD experience

Candidates NEED to have one or more of the bellow skills
• Prior Product Management skills in the IT products industry (Networking preferred)
• Business Dev / Technical sales experience with understanding of the Service Provider business
• In-depth understanding of Routing technologies (IP/MPLS, L3/L2 VPNs, IPv4/v6, VPLS, Ethernet, routing protocols, and general IP networking)

Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering and MBA preferred
