Project Summary and position overview :
This is a replacement position for SE whose primary tasks include development and abiding to the product development framework
Day to Day Responsibilities :
* Is accountable for contributions for project team or sub team. May lead project sub team. This may include responsibility for training staff.
* Typically works on one project at a time and as a member of the project team(s) or as part of a specialist cross-project team on multiple developments.
* Works on smaller, minimally complex projects or a particular system or application within larger projects that requires a singular area of expertise.
* Impact is within the immediate project/development team. Accountable for the quality of own work, delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes and focused on internal and/or external customer needs.
* Works independently within defined parameters, taking ownership of problems within own area of knowledge.
* Decisions taken are made within guidelines set by others.
* Makes recommendations for process improvements to immediate manager.
* Ability to coordinate and support related groups, such as but not limited to documentation teams, quality assurance teams, customer support teams or operations/deployment teams.
* May involve some third level technical support.
* Requires good understanding of business application and software code base.
* Able to review specified business requirements and propose solution options.
* Reviews work of peers and more junior developers.
* Works with technical staff to analyse and understand problems with small to medium software and resolve them.
* Provides work breakdown and estimates for small software development tasks.
* Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
* May assist in development of software user manuals.
* Demonstrates software to stakeholders.

B.E., B.Tech., MCA
Required Skills :
• C#, WPF, VSTO, Windows Forms
• Analytical capacity to analyse bugs and involve in design discussion
• 1+ years experience
• Excellent written English, good verbal communication, knowledge of MS Office product
Desired Skills
* JQuery, ASP.NET MVC, Ajax
* Experience in developing MS Excel Add-in
