Job Description

•Handling Sale of Land only – mainly SEZ focus, some non-SEZ as well

•Relevant experience and exposure to manufacturing corporate (for SEZs, and others for non-SEZ purposes.

•Aware of all SEZ and Land related terms and due legal processes (e.g. N.A. permissions, 7/12, “zone / categories” for pollution, etc.)

•Understanding existing situation fully (with all issues)

•Think boldly and creatively to act quickly

•Act as CRM after sales and interact with Developer team likewise
